Most items may be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. Goods must be unused and returned in original packaging. Restocking charges may apply.
A refund will be issued for a purchase paid by cheque only after the cheque has cleared.
Credit card transactions can only be refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Returns without receipts may be issued at Soo Mill’s discretion based on the lowest selling price. Returns without receipts will be issued to a Soo Mill Gift Card. Soo Mill reserves the right to limit or refuse the return.

No returns on special orders, custom-made or custom-tinted products.
Online orders returns are also accepted. For delivered items requiring a refund please contact your sales person if applicable. There is no charge to return items that were delivered in error. Overages for building materials may incur a return delivery charge or a restocking fee. All materials must be in resellable condition.
If you are placing an online order and wish to modify or cancel it, please contact your nearest location and have your account and/or order number ready. We will do our best to cancel the order, but if sufficient time has passed and the order is processed or out for delivery (if applicable) our standard return/refund policy may be implemented.
